Important Note: Our order charges only encompass product fees and, where applicable, shipping fees. Our customers are not required to pay any importing fees, duties, or VAT (Value – Added Tax).

1. Payment Confirmation

Once your order has been authorized and thoroughly verified, we will promptly send a confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email serves as official acknowledgment that we have received and are processing your order for baggage products.

2. Order Processing

For all countries, the standard processing time for your baggage order is typically 1 – 2 business days. Please bear in mind that holidays and weekends are excluded from this timeframe. During this period, our dedicated team carefully prepares your order, ensuring that each baggage item is in perfect condition and ready for shipment.

3. Shipping

Shipping of your baggage products generally takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to reach its destination, regardless of the country. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real – time.

Shipping Fee Structure:

  • For orders with a total amount below 69, a 6.99 ordering fee will apply to all countries.
  • We offer free shipping on orders with a total amount equal to or exceeding $69, providing you with even greater value for your baggage purchases.

4. Delivery

It’s important to note that the total time it takes for you to receive your baggage order is the sum of the order processing time and the shipping time. For example, if you order a piece of baggage, it will require 1 – 2 business days for processing and then an additional 7 – 14 business days for shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 8 – 16 business days for all countries.

Our system automatically selects the most suitable distribution logistics based on various factors, including the sales platform, product size, and weight. If the street address of your order contains “PO Box”, the system will review and assess it according to the delivery logistics you have chosen. In the event that the selected logistics method cannot deliver to an address with a “PO Box”, the system will flag the order as abnormal. Our customer service staff will then promptly notify you to either modify the address or cancel the order.

5. Tracking Your Order Status

You have the ability to track the status of your baggage order independently. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email informing you that your package has been shipped, along with the order’s tracking number. You can expect to see updates on your order’s progress within 72 hours of receiving this email.

To track your order, simply click on the “Track Order” option on our website. If you do not notice any updates within the specified time, please feel free to send us an email, and we will investigate the details and provide you with the necessary information.

6. Causes of Delay

In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to force majeure events. These can include:

  • Adverse Weather Conditions: Such as heavy rain, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, etc.
  • Local Disruptions: Including strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc.
